underwhelming stay, service issues persist
missing soaplimited checkout
the service fell short. i emailed ahead requesting soap and slippers. upon arrival, these items were missing. eventually, i got slippers, but was told they didn't have bar soap only liquid soap. why wasn't i told this beforehand. the late checkout was limited. the overall experience was like poor value.
